Thank you to everyone who joined us last week at our mixer hosted by Phở Hương Quê! For those who couldn’t attend, Jonathan, a tech leader and technical architect, provided a live demo of our new AI-powered multilingual chatbot, designed to support Oakland’s small business community. This innovative tool allows users to ask questions in multiple languages, including Vietnamese, Spanish, and French, and receive responses in the same language. Our goal is to make essential business information more accessible and easier to understand, regardless of language preference. We’re excited about the potential of this tool to eliminate language barriers and help more business owners succeed. A big thank you to Pho Hương Quê for partnering with our team on the event and Mayor Barbara Lee for coming out to support our community!
